[Freeipa-users] Unable to change the password from IPA Client

I am unable to change the password through my IPA client (RHEL 5.6).
IPA Server (CentOS  6.3) , IPA 2.2.

[rsiwal at gw1-test ~]$ kinit rsiwal
Password for rsiwal at XYZ.COM
Password expired.  You must change it now.
Enter new password:
Enter it again:
Password mismatch.  Please try again.
Enter new password:
Enter it again:
Password change rejected.  Please try again.

It is matching the password complexidt.
It is in Migration Mode so that the Users can change the passwords
through WebUI.
