[Freeipa-users] Add user principal with admin privilege

Hi,

Is it possible to add a user principal with admin privileges. 

like kadmin: addprinc -randkey user1/admin at DOMAIN.COM

when ever tried I got this 
"Kerberos database constraints violated"
