This is on the freeipa.org wiki which would have been nice to mention.

It isn't exactly missing but the contents are gone. The author is the 
one who wiped it so there very well could be a good reason (like it 
doesn't work).

 From my reading of the history it looks like it changed April 12, not a 
few days ago.
