[Freeipa-users] Replication Agreement issues noticed with repl-monitor.pl

You should be able to succeed with "ipa-replica-manage del <removed-server>"
and --force/--cleanup flags:

$ man ipa-replica-manage
...
       -c, --cleanup
              When  deleting  a  master with the --force flag, remove leftover
              references to an already deleted master.
...
