[Freeipa-users] FreeIPA v4.2 stopped working, wants me to run ipa-server-upgrade, but has errors

That's weird because the code is checking if a permission exists before
it tries to add a new one
Can you try to remove 'System: Modify Certificate Profile' manually from
LDAP and re-run ipa-server-upgrade?
