[Freeipa-users] Samba integration documentation question

I'm taking the next step in getting our freeipa environment set back up.
This is a centos 7.2 freeipa 4.4 environment. I'm using this guide as a
reference for setting up samba:

Our environment does not include any Active Directory servers - this is
more or less a stand-alone file server.

Neither Linux nor Windows clients are able to connect. The samba log errors
are:

Failed to modify entry: NT_STATUS_NOT_IMPLEMENTED

Can someone point me in the right direction?
