<p>I had that same issue with FreeIPA 4.4 on RH 7.3.<br>
</p>

<p>In my case IPA installation linked a wrong dependency with <span style="">python36u-mod_wsgi</span>.<br>
</p>
<p>Remove python36u package and install mod_wsgi (in my case <span style="">mod_wsgi-3.4-12.el7_0.x86_64</span>) before running IPA install procedure again.<br>
