[Hwcert-announce-list] Updated Certification Hardware Test Suite Packages for RHEL 6 Available

Greetings Red Hat Partners,

We are pleased to announce the general availability (GA) of version
1.6.6-20160120.el6 of the Red Hat Certification Hardware Test Suite.
The new version of the test suite *is* an official release and should
be used for new Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.[6+] hardware certification
submissions. All new certification requests must be performed using
version 2.x of the test suite.

Highlights of the new version include:
* fv tests were updated to use a newer version of tests on the vm.

The new Red Hat Certification Hardware Test Suite packages are

Known Issues

* In the WebUI for the optical media test, when a dvd+rw disc is
inserted, the default selection remains dvd-rw. The dvd+rw option will
need to be selected from the dropdown.
