Greetings Red Hat Partners,

We are pleased to announce the general availability (GA) of Red Hat
Certification 6.15 and its associated test suite package updates
(listed below). This Red Hat Certification package update *is* an
official release and should be used for all new Red Hat certification
submissions. Successful results from the previous certification test
suite will be accepted for a period of 90 days.

This release includes enhancements and bug fixes as follows:

1. A missing dmesg check for unsupported hardware in the Red Hat
Enterprise Linux hardware certification and Red Hat OpenStack Platform
plug-in certification test suites is addressed.  A new "Unsupported
Hardware" subtest now appears in the INFO and SUPPORTABLE tests in
addition to the unsupported hardware kernel check.  Certification
testing that fails this dmesg check will need to be conducted again on
supported hardware as is the same with the kernel check.

2. A new Software Certification program is introduced to the
redhat-certification tooling as an early release for an enhancement to
the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 (non-containerized) Application
Certification program for independent software vendors.  For
