[Hwcert-announce-list] Shutting down redhat-certification-7 results submission mechanism

Greetings Red Hat Partners,

The results submission mechanism used by the redhat-certification-7
(rhcert-7) test suite will no longer be available starting July 6, 2023.
After this date, new certification requests and test results for Red Hat
Enterprise Linux 7 (RHEL 7) cloud and hardware certifications will continue
to be accepted using the https://rhcert.connect.redhat.com/ website.This
change only affects Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 certifications as this
website is already utilized in RHEL 8 and RHEL 9 certifications.

Please contact the Red Hat Certification Operation Team in your
certification

Note that this change will have no effect on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
cloud or hardware certifications currently listed in the Red Hat
Certification Catalog. These will remain certified

and supported through the end of the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 life cycle
as documented here: https://access.redhat.com/support/policy/updates/errata
