Could you please blacklist the driver in /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/modprobe.conf? See 'man modprobe.conf' for examples. Sometimes 'blacklist modulename' fails for some reason. If that happens try 'install modulename /bin/true' With that module prevented from loading, does the X driver auto-detect and work in the absence of xorg.conf? Warren
