Warren, I'm not sure if anyone besides you is an admin for the Trac
instance. I sent this bug (just an annoyance) to fedorahosted.org;
they kicked it back saying the K12linux trac admin should do it.
Anyways:

The header_logo link for the k12linux trac instance is currently set
to the default (http://example.org) instead of, say, the top-level of
the project.

https://fedorahosted.org/k12linux would be a likely choice.
