Idea to solve Fl_TeacherTool security issue

Is it possible to use the local-app plumbing to start x11vnc on the
client while passing it a rfbauth password file from a path OUTSIDE
the chroot? Can  a process which runs as a local app see outside the
chroot? Or is this impossible by definition?

This would solve the issue for k12linux but not k12ltsp since k12ltsp
doesn't have local-app support.
