Are nfs and ltsp-dhcpd running on the server?
service nfs status
service rpcbind status
service ltsp-dhcpd status
Is iptables stopped?
service iptables status
Is ltsp-client installed on the server? It shouldn't be; I thought the
bugs around that were fixed a while back, but...
