RE: [K12OSN] WEB ON/OFF Control over web access to terminals

I'm working with a program called WPM (Web based Proxy Manager)that is
designed to do something similar to what you asked. I haven't got it running
yet, but others have. It allows you to define groups of computers and turn
thier internet access on and off. No timers yet, but I understand the
developer is working on that.

you could do it in a crude way by cron change default gateway to something
other than the eth0 or eth1. julius
