RE: [K12OSN] mapping a drive/home dir via Samba?

Hi All,

I'm autolaunching Win4Lin NSSE sessions in window mode by adding a link into the KDE .autostart folder.


Same as using /start menu/startup in Win9x

To hide desktop items on the user desktops I rename that link EG. floppy becomes .floppy. 
No more floppy icon on the desktop. It's not all that secure. But you could always change user,group and global permissions as well.
