I installed it in $HOME/bin/

>         ssh -X -C $RHOST bin/lbxinit l $RHOST "'$RCOOKIE'" $PROGRAM

If you install it in /foo/bar/, exchange bin/lbxinit with
/foo/bar/lbxinit. (Or just install it somehere in your path and say
lbxinit)
