Hey Steve,

Check your BIOS to see if AGP has priority over PCI.

I'm using an ATI Rage Mobility P (AGP) card without any problems. 

I did notice a problem with RH7.1 and the version of XFree that was
included back then.

Can't think of anything else sorry.
