Hi Todd,

Are your older motherboards PNP?

If not that is what the problem is.

You may need to create a custom rom image from rom-o-matic. Force PCI
PNP or something like that.

Also check your DHCP settings. You may need option 128 & option 129.

That seems to be the most common cause.
