[K12OSN] Testing packages for K12LTSP 3.0.1

I started working on packages for K12LTSP 3.0.1. All of the test
packages are available here:

  ftp://k12linux.mesd.k12.or.us/pub/K12LTSP/testing/RPMS/

Note that these are test packages, they may or may not work. Use with
caution. If you do give any of these a spin, please report any problems
you encounter back here to the list.

Packaging bugs fixed:

	anaconda-8.0-4.ltsp.4.i386.rpm
	apt-0.5.4cnc9-fr1.k12ltsp.3.i386.rpm
	apt-devel-0.5.4cnc9-fr1.k12ltsp.3.i386.rpm
	MToolsFM-1.9-3.i386.rpm

Upgrade to the latest LTSP kernels:

	dhcp-ltsp-config-0.0.3-k12ltsp.2.noarch.rpm
	ltsp_kernel-3.0-5.k12ltsp.1.i386.rpm
	ltsp_kernel_pxe-3.0-5.k12ltsp.1.i386.rpm

Change default usb mouse settings. Also include a "usb" RCFILE that
loads the usb controller, keyboard, and mouse drivers:

	ltsp_core-3.0.7-4.i386.rpm

Bug fix for USB mouse configurations, the "X_USBMOUSE_*" options did
not work in v3.0.0. Revert font patch for old XFree86 3.3.6 drivers:

	ltsp_x_core-3.0.4-2.k12ltsp.3.i386.rpm

Include the "Extra" as well as the "Base" education packages in
the "Education" menu:

	redhat-menus-0.26-1.k12ltsp.2.noarch.rpm

Latest versions:

	bluefish-0.8-1.i386.rpm
	icewm-1.2.5-1.k12ltsp.1.i386.rpm
	icewm-l10n-1.2.5-1.k12ltsp.1.i386.rpm
	icewm-menu-gnome1-1.2.5-1.k12ltsp.1.i386.rpm
	icewm-themes-1.2.5-1.k12ltsp.1.i386.rpm
	mknbi-1.2-8.noarch.rpm
	qcad-1.5.4-1.i386.rpm
	synaptic-0.31-fr2.i386.rpm

New package update utility:

	yum-0.9.4-1_8x.k12ltsp.1.noarch.rpm

Various packages that I have not tested, but they did build and run...

	chemtool-1.5-1.i386.rpm
	clamav-0.54-1.k12ltsp.1.i386.rpm
	clamav-devel-0.54-1.k12ltsp.1.i386.rpm
	clamav-libs-0.54-1.k12ltsp.1.i386.rpm
	clamav-static-0.54-1.k12ltsp.1.i386.rpm
	eukleides-0.9.2rev1-1_mlb1.i386.rpm
	fribidi-0.10.4-0.mm2.i386.rpm
	fribidi-devel-0.10.4-0.mm2.i386.rpm
	mlterm-2.6.2-2.mm2.i386.rpm

I'm also going to change the ISO images around a little bit. I have
moved the K12LTSP SRPM packages onto a fourth disc. Also on the fourth
disc I'll include extras that are not yet ready to include in the core
release, such as the openmosix packages.

The fourth disc is an "extra", it is not used during the K12LTSP install.

On the third disc, where the SRPMs used to be, I included the latest
server kernels. It is not practical to include the updated kernels
into the install, so I included them on the discs as a matter of
convenience.

Still on my TODO list is either a fix for GDM or to switch the default
over to KDM. I will also be rebuilding serveral packages so that they
have a consistant naming scheme (done, but not integrated/tested yet).
