If you have Windows fonts, you can run spadmin (as root) and click on
the fonts button.  Click on add, and then locate your Windows fonts.
Select the fonts you want, or click on select all.

If this does not work, or if there is another reason you were
unsatisfied with the fonts, give us some more information.
