[K12OSN] LPP PXE howto

The Linux Progress Patch works with etherboot images but it hasn't been able
to work with PXE. Here's how I did it:

1.) go to http://www.ltsp.org/contrib/customkernel.html and follow the steps
to make the kernel.

2.) go to http://www.ltsp.org/documentation/pxe.howto.html and follow those
steps. This makes your dhcp server first hand out a package to PXE that tells
it to boot via the etherboot driver specified. It then hands out a second
package which is your custom etherboot kernel.

Let me know if more info is needed but this pretty much sums it up.
