Why not try using the MS TechNet website for the MS stuff?

My MS experience is all NT4 based and just transfer experience to later
versions. I prefer Novell Netware.

I installed samba, then treated it like an NT server. Roaming profiles,
system policies all work the same as coming off a 'real?' MS server.
Even Win4Lin NSSE sessions behaved normally.
