Re: [K12OSN] NIS (or other) authentication

I would liketo be able to do central authentication.

Since this last message, I got my samba to authenticate from the existing 
server and the login script mapped the new drives so it is good for now.  
I still need to know how to get this done, though because I have several 
other servers in other buildings that will need the same user accounts set 
up, and these will be across the WAN so if there is a way to set these 
users up on those servers without having to key every one of them that 
would be great.  That is why I asked about exporting user databases.
