[K12OSN] LPP PXE help (dhcp prob)

I've had this working before.....where I set my dhcpd.conf to hand off a
bootrom to the pxe client and then the pxe client uses etherboot to boot
the lpp kernel. I can't get it to work now.......the server is handing off
the etherboot kernel to the pxe client and the pxe client in turn is doing
etherboot and requests an ip address but hangs at "searching for server
(DHCP).........." forever. I know there's something I've not gotten just
right. Here's what I get in my logs from a boot attempt:

Jul 30 13:11:35 server dhcpd: dhcpd startup succeeded
Jul 30 13:12:07 server dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from 00:e0:06:f4:4f:98 via eth0
Jul 30 13:12:08 server dhcpd: DHCPOFFER on 192.168.0.253 to
00:e0:06:f4:4f:98 via eth0
Jul 30 13:12:11 server dhcpd: DHCPREQUEST for 192.168.0.253
(192.168.0.254) from 00:e0:06:f4:4f:98 via eth0
Jul 30 13:12:11 server dhcpd: DHCPACK on 192.168.0.253 to
00:e0:06:f4:4f:98 via eth0
Jul 30 18:12:11 server in.tftpd[21255]: tftp: client does not accept options

Its the last line that gets my attention. Here's what my dhcpd.conf looks
like:
