[K12OSN] DHCP gone wild

Had to reboot server again last night. Thats twice in one day.
CPU usage right now is about nil as well and DHCP is using almost
nothing. However when I reset the server last night I never reset the
terminals. As a result my messages logs look normal and have normal
DHCP logs. I am resetting both terminals now. I'll take the readings
later in a few hours.
