[K12OSN] Mozilla permissions

Its true if you chmod 750 on /usr/bin/mozilla that no one will be able
to use mozilla unless they are root or are part of the root group. Its
a quick hack and not very pretty but it will work.
Creating a group would take more time but it would be very flexible.
