[K12OSN] Apache permissions

I am trying to log onto my Apache Server from a
browser and this is what I get:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Apache/2.0.49 (Unix) Server at 10.188.4.12 Port 80

Anyone have any suggestions as to how I can fix this?
