[K12OSN] Apache permissions

Make sure you have a "index.html" file
in the directory that coresponds to
your "DocumentRoot=" directive in the
httpd.conf and it will load. I have a
feeling that your index file is
"index.htm". Note: the "l".  You can
change the "DirectoryIndex=" directive
to include "index.htm" if you like.
