[K12OSN] Ctl Alt Backspace anomaly

Hello,

First hiccup we've had all year.

Yesterday student A keyed in Ctl Alt Backspace but not only did it
"reboot" his session but also Student B's

We had 20 users logged on to the server and no others were affected.
This can be repeated between student A and B and does not happen in
reverse "B --> A"

Any ideas?

We have some pranksters that think its funny to log in as another
student to reboot their session. I don't want to falsely accuse someone
when it is actually a bug.
