Go have a quick look @ http://www.leighctc.kent.sch.uk/gsp/bonding.htm

There are two Very easy ways to bond multiple NICz in Linux
I prefer the 1st of the two ways... and has worked very well for
me on all of my servers (35+ @ the mo....) all running RedHat/Fedora

I have quite a few HOWTOz most I put very detailed Screen Captures into
& stuff like that so even the lowest skilled Tech'ies in my Department can
do things I need them to do...
But have taken down my main site wile I re-design it... I also have 100's of
Pics
of my setup here @ different stages of itz growth.

Best Regards
