[K12OSN] Webmin and Fedora Core 1

I actually downloaded and installed, manually, myself, version 1.150-1 
from webmin.  I did not install the webmin that was linked from the FC1 
install disks.

So, the version is 1.150-1.  The problem also show up in 1.40x as well, 
though. . .
