[K12OSN] Large scale implementation in the pipe, input needed.

Hi,

OK let me qualify ....... from a costing perspective if you're using 
stock P-4s with 2 GB of memory it will be difficult to run more than 25 
clients. Assuming that a full load of SW is used, i.e. OO, mozilla, 
gimp, blender, gcompris, etc...
However if monies are available for bigger machines with more memory 
then that's another story......
