[K12OSN] ltsp support for 3.1.x

Earlier this year Eric mentioned (IIRC) updating the 3.1 and the EL 3.0 
branches with the k12 and ltsp 4.1 software, for those running either 
of those more "mature" branches. How is this going? Can we expect to 
see anything during the next month (or two)?
