[K12OSN] upgrade GPG problems

I'm trying to upgrade from Beta 14 to the latest distribution of 4.1.0.

I keep getting the following message:
"This package is signed with an unknown GPG signiture.  Continue?"

I'v tried the following:
rpm --import http://k12linux.mesd.k12.or.us/eharrison.asc

 From a root terminal window. When I do the import never finishes and 
the terminal window hangs.

Can someone help ?
