[K12OSN] Upgrading to K12LTSP 4.1.0 - User accounts and settings

I have a small network 5 clients 11 users running K12LTSP 4.0.4 Now I
have the K12LTSP CDS in front of me. I want to do a fresh install but I
want to keep users settings, (desktop picutures taskbar etc) as well as
their files. How do I do that? Do I just copy the whole home directory
to another computer on the network and when I have finished copy it back
again, or is their more to it than that? Do I have to recreate all the
users? Or is there a file containing this info that I can just export
and import?
