[K12OSN] *EARLY* Alpha of K12LTSP 3.2

I've uploaded an early alpha build of K12LTSP 3.2. This is a back-port
of all the work that went into K12LTSP 4.1 to the "Enterprise Linux"
versions. I'm using WBEL as an initial base, since I can redistribute
that, but the final repositories will be setup to support RHEL as well.
Apt/up2date/yum repositories are not currently available, just the ISOs.

Note that this is still pretty rough around the edges and has almost
zero testing. I have not even tried to boot a terminal off it yet.
Obviously using this in a production environment is not recommended ;-)
