[K12OSN] K12LTSP 4.1.0 (final?) beta, round #2

I've rolled another K12LTSP 4.1.0 beta including fixes for the few bugs
I've found so far. 

Please give this a spin and lets us know the good, the bad, and the
ugly.

If all tests out well, and no show-stopping bugs are reported, I'll
release this as the official K12LTSP 4.1.0 on Monday.
