[K12OSN] K12LTSP 4.1.0 (final?) beta, round #2

Beta17 installed nicely on a 1U Dell dual 2.8 Xeon with 4GB ram.

2 Small glitches, not showstoppers by any means.

Icewm was missing some icons, and the "Get Java", "Get Flash", etc. 
things didn't work.


Looking forward to the final release.
