[K12OSN] K12LTSP 4.1.0 (final?) beta, round #2

Immanuel,

This problem is caused by an entry in the /etc/xinetd.d/tftp file.

on k12ltsp, it shows:

   # disable = yes

but it should be:

   disable = no


ltspcfg can't handle the fact that the line is commented out.

I need to fix ltspcfg, but in the meantime, changing /etc/xinetd.d/tftp 
as I showed above, that should clear it up.
