[K12OSN] Open Office Slowness

Shane,

The open office menu slowness has been seen may times before.
and I think that the fix is quite simple.

You might search the k12osn archives, or try searching google.

The odd thing is that i've never been able to reproduce the problem,
so i've been unable to come up with a fix in the packages.
