Shane, any chance your terminals are using S3 video cards?
If yes, try using different video drivers. In /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/lts.conf,
try each of the following (one at a time):
XSERVER = s3
XSERVER = XF86_S3
XSERVER = XF86_SVGA
XSERVER = vesa
