Or, just download the whole cygwin package from
http://www.cygwin.com
(do a basic install first, then go back and expand the 'net' choices
and get ssh and rsync).
Anyone set up for thin clients should also install X11 on any
windows box they want to use as a client.  Just start a cygwin
bash shell from the icon it will install and type in:
Xwin -query your_server
and log in.
