[K12OSN] user adding programs not working

Well, backing up /home is not the only problem.  This dude does 
everything.

Mail (NeoMail)
samba (servers the whole district with domain authentication)
Web services
antivirus (for the windows computer authenticating from it)

and on and on. . .

probably a thousand different user accounts

Not an easy task to do in a coupla days and expect to make work. . .

Anyone have any ideas about fixing the one I have for now?
