well for starters you'll need a linux terminal server before you can 
use the linux thin clients!

then you just tell the terminal server to get it's external IP from 
the Win2K DHCP server, and you let the linux server assign internal IP 
addresses on it's own for your thin-clients.  make sure that you 
configure your linux box to use rdesktop to use your windows apps on 
your windows server (but here is a topic i have no experience about, 
just google through these archives - tons of info here and on the wiki).
