[K12OSN] LTSP 4.1.0 install fails

There are machines that won't install FC2 (the SuperMicro 370DER
motherboard as used in a whole flock of Penguincomputing boxes
comes to mind...), but the odd part here is that this box
did install FC2 and now fails with K12ltsp 4.1.0 which
should be running the same installer kernel.  I'd guess it is
the media.  Try burning another copy, perhaps with a different
brand of blanks, no CDRW, and burn at a slower speed.  Even if
it tests OK it might fail when it is accessed in a different pattern.
