[K12OSN] Desktop Layout per Group ?

Hi List...

This one just sprang to mind as I was thinking about a few things...

as the subject suggests, is there a way that anyone knows that I could
set a up the desktop so that Icons can be placed on a per group basis..
That is, if a user is a member of a group called 'Students' they will have
Icon 1... but if another user is a member of 'Staff' they will see a
different
icon....

if anyone knows of any way to get this kind of effect I would be most
interested...
