The 3c905 IS a PCI card.  However, she also has the 3c509 listed in her
dhcpd.conf file.  That card is ISA and would require the setting.  I am
not sure if Debbie has both the 3c905 and 3c509 but it is possible that
the setting is correct (as long as it is just used for the 509)
