Hi Mark....

One of my HOWTOz might help you....
You could just put a 2nd NIC in the server & 'Bond' the two...
This would allow your server to communicate @ 200Mb/s to
the switch & also allow the clients that bit extra bandwidth to talk
to the server, if you see the difference you could then look @ using
more NICz in the server or bying a GIG NIC (for the server) & 
a GIG Switch....
