Hi Rob,

That's a trick question !!! It'll depend on the attitude & knowledge of 
the existing tech people.

a) Basic Windoze guy - offer initial training, install WEBMIN & provide 
2nd tier tech support at a charge
b) Advanced M$ with some linux offer initial training, install WEBMIN & 
provide 2nd tier tech support for 1st yr then charge
c) They have no one !! Offer support on a call basis & set fee 
appropriate for your area.
